How we work together
From first call to live in six weeks
Week 1
Discovery
Two 60-minute sessions with the principal adviser and your paraplanner. We read a handful of your recent SoAs to capture house style and strategy language, map your data in XPLAN or AdviserLogic, and agree the RG 175 audit-trail requirements before we lock scope.
Weeks 2-4
Build
We train the drafting agent on your SoA and RoA templates and risk-profile logic, wire the pull from XPLAN, AdviserLogic or Worksorted plus product comparisons, and build the version history and compliance checklist. You review sample drafts each week.
Week 5
Pilot
Live with one adviser. The agent drafts SoAs to ~80% while your paraplanner checks strategy rationale, product-replacement justification and the audit trail against RG 175, and we tune in flight. The adviser stays the authorising signatory throughout.
Week 6 onward
Retainer
Roll out across the advisers. The monthly retainer kicks in: we own uptime, keep the version history audit-ready, retune the drafting as your APLs and templates change, and add the FDS/OSA engine when you're ready.
Day-60 guarantee
If Core doesn't reduce per-SoA prep time by at least 50% by day 60, we waive the month-3 retainer.
Compliance and data residency
Built to keep your data onshore and yours
On your own servers
Run the full stack on-premise, inside your own network. Nothing leaves your building.
Australian-resident cloud
Or host on Australian-resident cloud (AWS Sydney). Your data stays onshore.
Either way, your data is never used to train third-party models.
Regulatory coverage
- Privacy Act 1988
- ASIC
- RG 175 advice conduct
- FAR conduct requirements
What we guarantee on data
- Every AI output is audit-ready against RG 175 expectations with full version history.
- Your client data stays in Australian-resident infrastructure (AWS Sydney by default), or run it on your own servers. Your choice.
- Your data is never used to train third-party models.
- The adviser remains the authorising signatory; Zatersio carries PI on the build.
- Compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 and FAR conduct requirements is baked in.

Integrate, never replace
We sit on top of the tools you already run
XPLAN, AdviserLogic, Worksorted and MyProsperity already store your client data and template SoAs. We sit on top via API and do the things they don't, draft the strategy rationale, the product-replacement justification and the FDS / OSA evidence pack, and never replace what your advisers and paraplanners already use.
