How we work together

From first call to live in six weeks

  1. Week 1

    Discovery

    Two 60-minute sessions with the desk lead and a consultant. We capture the scorecard for each desk type, agree your agency CV template, and check how applications and shortlists flow through JobAdder, Bullhorn or Vincere before we lock scope.

  2. Weeks 2-4

    Build

    We train the screening agent on each desk's scorecard, build the CV reformat into your template, and wire the ranked shortlist back into your ATS, with the scoring rationale logged for bias review. You review sample shortlists each week.

  3. Week 5

    Pilot

    Live on one consultant's desk. We check the voice or chat screen scores candidates correctly, the agent shortlists but never rejects, and the consultant signs off every long-list, then tune in flight.

  4. Week 6 onward

    Retainer

    Roll out across the desks. The monthly retainer kicks in: we own uptime, keep the bias-audit log clean, retune each scorecard as roles shift, and add the Reference Check or Client Update agents when you're ready.

Day-60 guarantee
